Terms and Conditions

1. Payment for Goods
All items must be paid for with order by credit/debit card via our secure gateway, or by cheque or bank transfer unless a credit account arrangement is in place.

2. Delivery Terms
Delivery terms are 10 working days from approval of artwork and clearance of payment unless otherwise stated by UK Promotional at time of order.

3. Quantities
All printed orders are subject to a production of 5% overs and unders; these will be charged for accordingly. If an exact quantity is required for your order, there may be a nominal charge, according to product and quantity, please contact our sales department for details.

4. Artwork Design
All artwork design is included free of charge with colour email proofs supplied for your approval and final sign-off. You may supply your own artwork in AI, EPS or PDF formats whereupon we will check, modify if necessary, and return colour email proofs for your approval and final sign-off. Artwork files up to 5mb in size may be sent via email to artroom@ukpromotional.co.uk or via FTP for larger files (ask for login details). Customer artwork will only be returned if requested on order.

5. Colour Matching
For accurate print colours pantone references only must be supplied. Colour matches are at our discretion only.

6. Trademarks
All copy or other materials submitted by customers for our use in producing items ordered will be accepted as fully compliant with all applicable laws regarding trademark, copyright or privacy, patent or similar protection.

7. Disclaimer
The company names, logos and trademarks which are printed on products shown on this website are reproduced only to demonstrate the effects obtained by personalised printing and as a guide to printing positions. They do not necessarily imply that the products have been supplied to or endorsed by the owners of the trademarks featured. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. The items featured are not for resale with these specific logos on them.

8. Pricing
Prices shown are for the quantities stated and are exclusive of VAT. Should your requirements be for a larger quantity, please contact our sales department.

9. Screen set-up, Blocking Dies & Engraving set-up
All set-up costs are included in our prices unless otherwise stated or unless advised at time of order.
